Old farms used to produce in a very diversified way according to the feeding needs of the family and local people. Global markets nowadays force most of the producers to abide by the laws of the broad marketplace and do single cultures in big farming areas. In our orchards there is a variety and coexistence of diverse fruit trees letting us to go back to the original ways of the traditional orchard. Pesticide use is limited to organic farming allowed products in specific situations. The trees benefit from the richness of manure and the variety of species planted in the same orchard. Peaches, apples, plums, pears and other fruits fill the orchard with color and aromas from Spring to Fall.
